Obama La-La-Legacy Includes a Disgraceful Record of Press Censorship!
In a December 30, 2016 NYT Op Editorial, James Risen, writes the following: “If Donald Trump Targets Journalists, Thank Obama”.
This brave journalist wrote the following:
“Criticism of Obama’s stance on press freedom government transparency and secrecy is hotly dispute by the WH, but many journalism groups say the record is clear.
Over the past eight years, the administration has prosecuted nine cases involving whistle–blowers and leakers, compared with only three by all previous administrations combined. It had repeatedly used the Espionage Act, a relic of WWI-era red-baiting, not to prosecute spies but to go after government officials who talked to journalists.”
This is quite a serious indictment against the fairy tale narratives that Potus cum CIA-operative has purveyed over the past eight years. There is a very disturbing trend that I have not witnessed since the paranoid days of the Nixon administration.
Here are some examples of really fake stuff that has come out of our media:
- The rise of Bill Clinton qua son of an Arkansas whore and his nefarious past was completely white-washed by the once eminent Skull and Bone’s Yalie, Time Magazine Editor, Strobe Talbot [CIA].
- The ridiculously absent history of our favorite draft dodger, George Bush Jr. As we know, the press covered up all relevant discussion of 9/11.
- Lastly, out of the Chicago gutters of Richard Daley politics funded by the mobbed-up Pritzkers: this amorphous gel of falsehoods and dark secrets, Barry Sorel.
Obama, groomed to protect his fictional legitimacy, ordered the cowardly Department of Justice and the FBI to spy on the American reporters, monitoring their phone records and sending out subpoenas [just like the one I had received]. Now, the liberal press is crying foul.
Leonard Downie, a former prominent editor of the Washington Post:
“.. Obama’s administration is most aggressive I’ve seen since the Nixon Administration…”
Why is this important for the New Year?
Most of the groupthink in the mainstream media is afraid that new POTUS Donald Trump will crack down on the press because of his stated dislike for their relentless distortion of the truth. Crackdown on what press? The fake, biased news that no one pays attention to anymore? The network news who’s anchors are highly compensated actors controlled by elite $$$?? I say no biggie. The real news and info is right here on the internet.
Yet, I predict that Trump will do no such thing. He will garner as much attention as he needs in order to transmit his succinct messages through the social media. This pervasive fear of Trump’s future suppression of the press is completely displaced and inappropriate. Trump will completely bypass the media and initiate his own virtual communication with his constituents. This will make the NY Times irrelevant, despite his fruitful visit with its majority owner, Carlos Slim.
Unlike the CIA creation of a factotum entitled, Barack Obama, Trump has no need to invest his personae in secrecy and falsehoods because his very presence is a clear statement of his narcissism [ie transparency]. Unlike Obama, who has never ventured into a reality based on his own merits, Trump’s complete patent narrative is singularly enshrined within his own carefully documented public and private personae.
Johnathan Barth, the American novelist wrote the following:
“More history is made by secret handshakes than by battles, bills, and proclamations.”
