Op Center

The Cold War is over and the military and intelligence communities are cutting back departments and personnel. Just as Paul Hood, the new director of a new crisis management operation (the Op Center), is asked to cut obsolete operations throughout the government, an international crisis erupts.

During the dismantling of former Soviet nuclear facilities in Ukraine, a group of Russian KGB personnel have stolen nuclear warheads. Hood and his inexperienced crew are tasked to manage the crisis.
